Zhihong Finance APP news, Chuangsheng Group Pharmaceutical-B (06628) announced that on August 6, 2026 (after trading hours), the seller (wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into an asset purchase agreement with the buyer, Hangzhou Mingde Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. The seller conditionally agrees to sell, while the buyer conditionally agrees to purchase the CDMO assets, with a total consideration of RMB 190 million (which may be adjusted as set out in the asset purchase agreement).
