On August 7, market news reported that distributors of Wuliangye in multiple regions announced a price increase for the eighth generation of Wuliangye, with the wholesale price of a full case rising by over 100 yuan and the price per bottle increasing by 30 yuan. As of the evening, one distributor reported that the wholesale price per case had risen by 130 yuan compared to last week. This distributor told "Jiu Nei Can" that there is already a shortage of supply. Additionally, due to the rapid price increase, distributors have suspended pricing: "Tomorrow we will quote based on the market conditions; we are not shipping now." Wuliangye has not yet responded to this situation.
