According to the announcement by Dixin Tong (06188.HK), after the recommendation from the Board Nomination Committee, the Board proposes to nominate Ms. Xu Liping and Mr. Liu Liang as candidate executive directors of the sixth Board of Directors (excluding employee representative directors). Additionally, Ms. Pan Anran, Mr. Liu Jinyi, and Mr. Liu Songshan are nominated as candidates for non-executive directors of the sixth Board of Directors, while Mr. Lv Tingjie, Mr. Cai Zhenhui, and Mr. Liu Zhiyong are nominated as candidates for independent non-executive directors of the sixth Board of Directors.
