Zhitong Finance APP news, Jianfan Biotech (300529.SZ) announced that the company intends to use its own funds to acquire a 37.60% equity stake in Aiduoduo Health Management (Guangdong Hengqin) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aiduoduo") for a transfer price of 17.592 million yuan. Before this transaction, Aiduoduo was a subsidiary of the company holding a 62.40% stake, mainly engaged in health management and services in the chronic disease sector, focusing on providing personalized health management solutions and health consulting services for chronic kidney disease patients. After the transaction, the company will hold 100% equity in Aiduoduo, making Aiduoduo a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, which will facilitate the coordinated development of the company and Aiduoduo's business and further enhance the company's complete industry chain layout in blood purification.
