CITIC Securities has completed the issuance of H-shares to specified targets, with CITIC Financial Holding subscribing fully.

On August 6, CITIC Securities announced that the company will issue H-shares to specific investors on August 6, 2026. The company's largest shareholder, CITIC Financial Holding Co., Ltd., will fully subscribe to the H-shares issued in cash, with a total of 803,725,383 shares being issued at a price of HKD 23.13 per share. Following this issuance, CITIC Financial Holding's ownership in the company will increase from 19.84% to 23.96%.
