Shunjing Technology: Filed a lawsuit involving an amount of 47.6941 million yuan; the debt rights have been stripped away.

Shunjing Technology announced that the company has filed a lawsuit against the Hydro Nine Bureau in the People's Court of Yuancheng District, Heyuan City, citing construction engineering contract disputes, with a total amount involved of 47.6941 million yuan. The debt has been transferred to a trust company, and the recovery in the future will not have a significant impact on the company's profits. In addition, within the past twelve months, there has been another bankruptcy debt confirmation dispute involving Lin Xiaojun and the company, amounting to 7 million yuan, which has been filed but not yet heard. Previously, a private lending dispute with Xinjiang Hydropower Company was processed as a withdrawal of the lawsuit, which did not affect the companys profits.
