After verification, there is no research and development partnership between Jiaxian Communication and NVIDIA; Jiaxian Communication is conducting R&D based on NVIDIA's CUDA Aerial open-source ecological platform, which is a publicly available open-source ecosystem and does not involve exclusive licensing or exclusive cooperation arrangements.
