Zhongyuan Expressway announced that the company will hold the 49th meeting of the 7th Board of Directors on August 6, 2026, to elect Zhao Xinzheng as the Chairman of the 7th Board of Directors, a member and the head of the Strategic Investment and ESG Committee, and a member of the Technology Innovation Committee, with a term lasting until the conclusion of the 7th Board of Directors. According to regulations, the Chairman serves as the legal representative of the company, and the company will handle the business registration changes. Zhao Xinzheng previously served as the General Manager of Henan Jiaotou Shanggong Expressway Co., Ltd.
