According to the Zhito Finance APP, Hengtai (00197.HK) announced that Ms. Chen Huiying has been appointed as (i) Independent Non-Executive Director; (ii) a member of the Companys Audit Committee; (iii) a member of the Companys Nomination Committee; and (iv) a member of the Companys Remuneration Committee, effective from August 6, 2026.
