Huike Co., Ltd. announced that the total funds raised from its initial public offering amounted to 8.493 billion yuan, with a net amount of 8.187 billion yuan, which was credited on June 18 and July 27, 2026, respectively. Due to funding management needs, the company recently opened a special account for raised funds at the Shenzhen Chegongmiao branch of Bohai Bank, depositing 2.75 billion yuan for the Changsha Oxide R&D and industrialization project, and signed a "Tripartite Supervision Agreement on Raised Funds" with the sponsor China International Capital Corporation and Bohai Bank Shenzhen branch. The agreement will take effect from the date of signing until the funds in the special account are fully spent and the account is closed, with the sponsor's supervision period lasting until December 31, 2028.
