It is important to legally conduct lawyer representation and defense in cases related to organized crime and gang activities, vigorously promote the publicity of laws and regulations such as the Anti-Organized Crime Law, enhance research on legal issues regarding information technology network-related crime and "soft violence," strengthen the management and support of individuals under rehabilitation, and better prevent and reduce recidivism. The focus should also be on advancing the establishment of a long-term mechanism for the prevention and governance of organized crime and gang-related activities in accordance with its duties.
