According to reporters from the Gaolan Border Inspection Station, in the first half of this year, the throughput of the Zhuhai Gaolan Port area reached 63.02 million tons, an increase of 14.7%, with cargo transport in the port maintaining rapid growth. To effectively enhance the port clearance efficiency and reduce operational costs for enterprises, the Gaolan Border Inspection Station has focused on its functional positioning, deepened the reform of immigration management services, optimized the business environment, actively promoted the expansion of port opening, facilitated the construction of important projects in the port area, and supported the launch of new shipping routes. Measures such as "one-time completion," "fast inspection to catch the tide," "one ship, one policy," and "accelerated processing in case of fog" have been implemented to benefit the public and enterprises, optimizing the clearance process and effectively reducing costs and increasing efficiency for businesses. As of June 30, the station inspected over 1,500 international vessels entering and exiting the port, marking a year-on-year increase of 3.4%, saving approximately 22 million yuan for enterprises.
