Bain Capital announces the acquisition of the tea brand Gong Cha.

According to news from Bain Capital's official website, Bain Capital announced on August 5 that it has agreed to acquire the tea beverage brand Gong Cha from TA Associates and other global shareholders of Gong Cha. Specific financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. The deal is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year, subject to customary closing conditions.
