Qinghai High Court: Last year, the loss rate of administrative agencies in first-instance cases concluded in the province was 18.95%.

On August 3, the Qinghai Provincial High People's Court released an administrative trial white paper. The report stated that in 2025, courts across the province handled a total of 2,311 various administrative and administrative compensation cases, with a slight increase in the administrative agency's loss rate compared to the previous year. Among the first-instance cases concluded by the provincial courts, the administrative agency's loss rate was 18.95%, up by 0.50% year-on-year, indicating that there is still significant room for improvement in the capacity for lawful administration.
