Weili Zhibo: The Phase II study of Vili Credit for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma has entered an expansion phase.
On the morning of August 6, Vili-Bio announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the phase II clinical trial of its self-developed PD-L1/4-1BB bispecific antibody, Opatuzumab, for first-line treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma has successfully completed the safety induction period evaluation after expert review and has smoothly entered the expansion phase. This study is led by Professor Zhou Jian, the director of Zhongshan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Preliminary data indicate that Opatuzumab combined with Bevacizumab has demonstrated clear and positive efficacy signals in HCC patients, with overall safety and tolerability being good.
