Huan Cable Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Qingdao Hanhe Group Co., Ltd., reduced its holdings in the company through centralized bidding trading from June 23, 2026, to August 4, 2026, selling a total of 20.9434 million shares, accounting for 0.63% of the company's total share capital. Before this reduction, Hanhe Group held 2.214 billion shares in the company, representing 66.56% of the total share capital; after the reduction, it holds 2.193 billion shares, accounting for 65.93% of the total share capital. This reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented.
