He Guangyi will assume his new role on September 1 and report to Liu Biyin, Chief Operating Officer of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In his new position, He Guangyi will be responsible for leading the group's strategic functions and working closely with the management committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and heads of various business units within the group to promote the implementation of key group strategies.
