According to the Zhitong Financial APP report, Shiyao Group (01093.HK) announced that it has signed a joint venture agreement with AstraZeneca to establish a joint venture company and build a next-generation biopharmaceutical production base in Shijiazhuang, China, in order to further deepen strategic cooperation. The joint venture aims to combine the Group's artificial intelligence-driven Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) system, capabilities in drug production and operations, and AstraZeneca's expertise in global quality standards and supply chain management, dedicated to providing high-quality medicines to patients worldwide.
