Three Gorges Energy: Construction of a 900,000 square meter medium and deep geothermal heating and 180,000 kilowatt wind power project.

Sichuan Energy announced that the eighth meeting of the third Board of Directors passed the proposal on the establishment of China Three Gorges Group Qinghai Energy Investment Co., Ltd. and related transactions, with related directors abstaining from voting; it agreed to invest in the construction of a 900,000 square meter medium-deep geothermal heating + 180,000 kW wind power multi-energy complementary demonstration project in Anguang Town, Da'an City, Jilin Province, and a 1,000,000 square meter medium-deep geothermal heating + 200,000 kW wind power multi-energy complementary demonstration project in the main urban area of Gan'an County in 2024; the performance assessment targets for the management team members for 2026 were reviewed and approved, and the proposal for the Three Gorges Baby Action project in Bayingol Mongol Autonomous Prefecture for 2026 was added.
