Six departments issue a document to strengthen the standardized management of the employed clerks.

Recently, the Supreme People's Court, together with the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission, the Central Institutional Organization Administration, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, issued the "Opinions on Further Strengthening the Management of Employed System Clerks in People's Courts." The "Opinions" emphasize that employed system clerks will receive corresponding salaries based on their grades and will participate in social insurance programs, including basic pension, medical, unemployment, maternity, and work injury insurance, as well as housing provident fund systems, enjoying the corresponding benefits. The salary standards will be reasonably determined based on local economic and social development levels, financial conditions, as well as the average salary of on-the-job employees from the previous year and the per capita disposable income of urban residents, and a dynamic adjustment mechanism will be established. Intermediate and grassroots people's courts, when conducting recruitment for judicial assistants and personnel of public institutions, may consider certain years of judicial auxiliary work experience as part of the recruitment criteria for relevant positions, further broadening the career development space for employed system clerks.
