According to the Qichacha APP, recently, the Shanghai Xinlian Qichen Phase II Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership has been established. Its business scope includes engaging in equity investment, investment management, asset management, and other activities through private equity funds. The equity penetration analysis from Qichacha shows that this enterprise is co-funded by Jiangfeng Electronics, Xinlian Integration's wholly-owned subsidiary Xinlian Equity Investment Co., Ltd., and others.
