Wanhua Electric: Plans to increase investment in its Thai subsidiary, raising the registered capital to 825 million Thai baht.
Wanhe Electric announced that on August 4, the board of directors passed a resolution during its ninth meeting of the sixth term to increase the capital of its Thai subsidiary, Wanhe Electric (Thailand) Co., Ltd., using its own funds, raising its registered capital from 792 million baht to 825 million baht. This capital increase does not constitute a related party transaction or a significant asset reorganization. From January to March 2026, the subsidiary's revenue was 543 million yuan, with a net profit of 11.4025 million yuan. After the capital increase, it will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary, and the scope of consolidation will remain unchanged. The board has authorized Vice President Yang Songwen to handle related matters.
