Victory Precision announced that to promote the development of its subsidiary Anhui Feituo, it will introduce Jinjou New Research to increase its capital by 20 million yuan, of which 2 million yuan will be added to the registered capital and 18 million yuan will be allocated to the capital reserve, with the company waiving its preemptive right. After the capital increase is completed, Anhui Feituo's registered capital will increase from 200 million yuan to 202 million yuan, with the company holding 99.0099% of the shares and Jinjou New Research holding 0.9901%, while the scope of consolidated financial statements remains unchanged. On August 4, Anhui Feituo received the first installment of the capital increase from Jinjou New Research, amounting to 9 million yuan.
