On August 4th, the Bank of Communications recently welcomed a parachuted Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. Recently, the Bank of Communications held an expanded meeting of the Group Party Committee, during which it was announced that Ye Wenhua would serve as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
