Yuanwei Semiconductor: SiC EPI equipment delivered again to domestic listed company customers.

On August 4th, Yanwei Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its self-developed SiC EPI equipment has been delivered to a domestic publicly listed company customer again. This equipment is compatible with 6/8 inch SiC wafers and covers mainstream sectors such as power devices for electric vehicles, energy storage inverters, and industrial power supplies, supporting mass production processes for planar and trench-type SiC epitaxy.
