On August 4, Jiemian News noticed that the pharmaceutical representative registration platform shows that Li Mouze has been listed in the public notice of illegal and irregular activities for engaging in academic promotions without registration. This is the first case of illegal practices by a pharmaceutical representative publicly reported by the platform since the implementation of new management regulations. Previously, on May 7 of this year, the National Medical Products Administration, in conjunction with seven departments including the Ministry of Public Security, the National Health Commission, the State Administration for Market Regulation, the National Healthcare Security Administration, the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention, jointly issued the "Management Measures for Pharmaceutical Representatives." This measure has been referred to in the industry as the "strictest" new regulation for pharmaceutical representatives and officially took effect on August 1 of this year.
