Beijing's Special Planning for Underground Space Released

Recently, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources officially issued the "Special Plan for Underground Space in Beijing." As the first city-level special plan for underground space developed by Beijing, the plan aims to coordinate above-ground and underground spaces, promote high-quality development in the capital, and plans to build Beijing into a multi-dimensional, safe, efficient, convenient, and sustainable livable city by 2035.
