Yipinhong announces that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Yipinhong Pharmaceutical and Lianrui Pharmaceutical, will participate in the 12th batch of national centralized procurement on July 31, 2026, with plans to win bids for injectable isavuconazole and perindopril amlodipine tablets. The sales revenue for perindopril amlodipine tablets in 2025 is expected to be 3.4817 million yuan, accounting for 0.37% of the company's operating income for 2025. The procurement period will last from the date of the selection results until December 31, 2029.
