Zhongan Mining (01818.HK) announced that (1) Mr. Wang Leyi, the executive director of the company, has resigned from his position as the president of the company, effective from August 2, 2026; (2) Mr. Duan Lei, the executive director of the company, has resigned from his position as the authorized representative of the company, effective from August 2, 2026; and (3) Mr. Li Guanghui, the non-executive director of the company, has been transferred to the position of executive director of the company, appointed as the president of the company, and appointed by the board as the authorized representative, effective from August 2, 2026.
