On August 1, Chery Group announced that in July 2026, the company sold 276,820 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 23.3%. Of these, 202,533 were exported, marking a year-on-year increase of 70.1%, making it the first Chinese automaker to exceed 200,000 exports in a single month. In July, the company sold 129,067 new energy vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 97.5%. From January to July, Chery Group's cumulative vehicle sales reached 1,634,353 units, a year-on-year increase of 10.1%. Of this total, cumulative exports stood at 1,146,350 units, marking a year-on-year increase of 71.2%; while new energy vehicle sales totaled 604,305 units, showing a year-on-year increase of 42.3%.
