On August 1 at 8:50 AM, the Gansu Provincial Department of Natural Resources and the Gansu Provincial Meteorological Bureau issued a geological disaster meteorological risk warning: it is expected that within the next 24 hours, the risk of geological disasters such as collapses, landslides, and mudslides in Longnan City is very high, warranting a red alert.
