On July 31, the Beijing Financial Regulatory Bureau announced an approval on its website, granting the qualification for the vice president of China Minmetals Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd. The company is required to ensure that the aforementioned approved personnel strictly adhere to the relevant regulatory provisions of the financial regulatory authority, assume their positions within three months from the date of this administrative license decision, and report their onboarding status in a timely manner as required. If the personnel do not assume their positions within the stipulated time, this approval document will become invalid, and the decision-making authority will handle the cancellation of the administrative license.
