Shanghai Guotou Xian Dao Integrated Circuit Fund is expected to invest in two sub-funds.

On August 1, Shanghai Guotou Xiandao announced that the Shanghai Guotou Xiandao Integrated Circuit Mother Fund plans to invest in two subsidiary funds, namely the Kunqiao Phase III Technology Industry Equity Investment Partnership and the Shanghai Zhiwei Lingfeng Venture Capital Partnership, with the institutional brands being Kunqiao Capital and Zhiwei Capital, respectively.
