CFTC: Total long position in the US dollar reaches an all-time high

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission: Long positions in the U.S. dollar surged to just over $50 billion, setting a new historical high. Although speculators bought 2,300 contracts of the New Zealand dollar and slightly increased their positions in Swiss francs and Mexican pesos, the overall long positions in the dollar still increased by nearly $7 billion, slightly exceeding the previous record set in 2014-2015.
