It emphasizes ecological priority, demand orientation, optimal layout, and orderly construction, promoting the high-quality development of pumped storage energy. Rolling out the research on the scale of pumped storage energy demand for the power system, actively promoting the construction and operation of projects under construction. By 2030, the installed capacity of pumped storage power stations nationwide will reach approximately 160 million kilowatts.
