This transaction is based on the fact that GeRun Intelligent owns land and real estate in the Suzhou Science and Technology Industrial Park in Nantong City, which is in a prime location and can meet the needs of the company's future construction projects. It can also shorten the project construction period, avoid some construction risks, and align with the company's current strategic development plan.
