Dongli Xinke announced that its controlling shareholder SAIC Group has committed not to reduce its holdings in the company in any way within 6 months from July 22, 2026, including the new shares obtained through capital surplus conversion into share capital and distribution of stock dividends. As of now, SAIC Group holds 539,332,896 shares of the company, accounting for 38.86% of the total share capital. The company's board of directors will supervise the implementation of the commitment and disclose information in a timely manner.
