Guotou Zhonglu: Changes in major asset restructuring and appointment of registered accountants for audit in 2026.

China Investment Center Shandong announced that the company has received a notification from ShineWing Zhonghui regarding the change of signing registered accountants. The original signing accountants for the major asset restructuring project, Zhang Kun and Han Shaohua, will be replaced by Zhang Kun and Zuo Dongqiang due to Han Shaohua's planned retirement; for the 2026 annual audit, Zhang Kun and Han Shaohua were originally assigned, but now Zuo Dongqiang will replace Han Shaohua. Zuo Dongqiang obtained the qualification of a registered accountant in 2018 and has relevant experience in auditing for listed companies. There have been no violations or instances affecting independence in the past three years. This change is an internal adjustment and will not affect the major asset restructuring project or the 2026 audit.
