Hunan Tianyan: Director Luo Junjie retires and resigns.

Hunan Tianyan announced that the Board of Directors received a written resignation report from director Luo Junjie on July 22, 2026. He resigned from his position as a director and member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee of the eleventh Board of Directors due to retirement, and will not hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries after his resignation. Luo Junjie's original term was until November 29, 2027, and his departure did not result in the number of board members falling below the statutory minimum, thus not affecting the normal operation of the Board of Directors. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Luo Junjie did not hold any shares, had no outstanding public commitments, and had completed the handover. The company will promptly proceed with the election of a new non-independent director.
