Huiyu Pharmaceutical announced that in 2025, the company plans to sign a nationwide general agent agreement for the product "TY-9591" with Tongyuan Kang. The agreement was signed by the subsidiary Huichen Xin and Tongyuan Kang on February 9, 2026, with a milestone payment of 150 million yuan to be paid upon the achievement of certain payment conditions. On July 22, 2026, the company received a summons from Tongyuan Kang suing to confirm that the relevant agreement was not valid; prior to this, the company and its subsidiary had already filed a lawsuit to confirm the legality and validity of the agreement.
