On July 22nd, the National Energy Administration released the national electricity statistics for January to June. As of the end of June, the national cumulative installed capacity for electricity generation was 4.04 billion kilowatts, an increase of 10.8% compared to the same period last year. Among them, the installed capacity for solar power was 1.27 billion kilowatts, an increase of 15.8% year-on-year; and the installed capacity for wind power was 0.68 billion kilowatts, an increase of 18.5% year-on-year.
