Hangzhou land auctions set off another small climax, with premiums exceeding 30% for 3 plots.
On July 21st, Hangzhou welcomed the second land auction of the month, with a total of 4 residential land plots being offered. Based on the transaction results, except for one plot that was sold at the base price, the other three plots were sold at a premium of over 30%, with a total transaction amount of approximately 3.984 billion yuan. According to the information of the land plots, the four plots are located in Shangcheng District, Gongshu District, and Qiantang District, with a total starting price of 3.119 billion yuan. The buyers are all local real estate companies. Among them, Binjiang Group performed well, acquiring the Kangqiao unit in Gongshu District and the Changmu unit in Shangcheng District; Tianyang Real Estate acquired the Yuancheng unit in Qiantang District; and Yingguan Holdings acquired the Qiantang Jianghai City unit at the base price.
