In 2026, the country plans to add 150,000 inclusive childcare spaces to reduce the burden on families and increase the enrollment rate according to local conditions. 1000 new township health centers and community health service centers will be established to provide diagnosis and treatment services for common and prevalent diseases in children, further consolidating and strengthening pediatric services, and improving accessibility and convenience. 10,000 medical institutions nationwide will provide early pregnancy care outpatient services, strengthen early pregnancy consultation and guidance, and effectively protect fertility. Free human papillomavirus vaccination services for the national immunization program will be provided to girls aged 13 to reduce infection rates and the occurrence of cervical cancer in adulthood. Township health centers and community health service centers will both provide weekend vaccination services to further improve the accessibility of vaccination services.
