Chinatop Financial APP News, China Aoxing Home (01538.HK) announced that on July 21, 2026, Xinzhao (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a cooperation agreement with Ms. Jiang Caiying, agreeing to jointly operate the cooperation group. The cooperation agreement outlines Xinzhao's and the British Virgin Islands holding company's rights and responsibilities as the ultimate shareholders of the cooperation group, as well as the structure and business operations of the cooperation group.
