According to the financial news app Wind, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) is planning to launch a reform of the listing mechanism. It is proposed to allow startups to submit their listing applications in a confidential manner in order to enhance the flexibility of financing and protect business sensitive information. At the same time, HKEX is considering lowering the market value threshold for listing of startups to enhance the attractiveness of the Hong Kong market for innovative enterprises.
