According to media reports, recently, several consumers reflected that when they tried to purchase tickets for Wang Sulong's concert on the Damai platform, they suspected they encountered a page redirect, only to discover after payment that they had actually purchased tickets for Luo Tianyi's concert. The platform refused to refund them, citing "exceeding the refund deadline," sparking a collective fight for their rights. The Damai official has not yet responded to this issue. The customer service of Damai said, "After our strict technical investigation and verification, there is no ticket jumping issue on the platform that you reported." Customer service also mentioned: during the peak ticket rush period for first-time or popular performances, the system may experience high traffic, which may occasionally cause brief delays or glitches. Users are advised to keep refreshing the page smoothly and avoid repeated operations that may cause anomalies.
