Wisdom Financial News APP News, Cheung Kong Holdings (00064) and offeror Honeylink Agents Limited jointly announced that on June 25, 2026, the offeror requested the board of directors to submit a proposal to planned shareholders to privatize the company through a scheme arrangement under Section 86 of the Companies Act. The scheme will involve the cancellation of scheme shares, and in return, cash will be paid to scheme shareholders for each cancelled scheme share, as well as the delisting of the shares on the Stock Exchange. The company has applied to the Stock Exchange for trading of the shares to resume at 9:00 am on July 20, 2026.
