The 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and Global Governance High-Level Meeting on Artificial Intelligence will be held in Shanghai, China from July 17th to July 20th. Alex Zawolongkov, founder and CEO of Engsil Intelligence, said in an interview on the 17th that China is at the forefront of global artificial intelligence development. He believes that China advocates open cooperation, allowing the benefits of artificial intelligence to reach more countries, "China is not building barriers, but building bridges."
