Prior to the adjustment, the total amount of funds raised from the issuance to specific targets will not exceed 1.361 billion yuan. The net amount of funds raised after deducting issuance costs will be used for the research and development project of a new generation of high-speed interconnection network communication solutions for data center scenarios, the research and industrialization project of a new generation of high-speed communication chips for automotive scenarios, and supplementary working capital. After the adjustment, the total amount of funds raised from the issuance to specific targets will not exceed 1.061 billion yuan.
