Delis announced that its revenue in 2025 was 3.147 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.16%; the net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 10.3023 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 69.40%. During the reporting period, the company provided 60 million yuan in financial assistance to Zhucheng Anbang Construction, and also agreed to provide loans of up to 60 million yuan to Zhucheng Longxiang Water Group. In addition, the company engaged in multiple investments, mergers and acquisitions, and equity changes, such as jointly setting up Shandong Hongdeli Food with Hongqi Food, and acquiring 70% of the equity of Shandong Shengbaoluo Food.
